UNIK SPACE ships Worldwide and all our orders are shipped with Australia Post. 

A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped so you can easily track your goods online. 

All orders are shipped with signature on delivery.  

 

SHIPPING COSTS 

 

Within Australia: 

Free standard shipping on orders over $300

Express shipping :  $15 flat rate on all orders 

Standard shipping: $10 flat rate on orders under $300

International shipping: 

All our international orders are sent with Australia post 'Pack & Track'. 

Free international shipping on orders over $500

$30 flat rate for international orders under $500 

Local pick up: 

Free local pick up is available from the UNIK SPACE showroom Tuesday - Saturday, please contact us on hello@unikspace.com.au to organise a suitable time. 

 

DUTIES & TAXES 

All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. For further information, please contact your local customs office. 

 

DELIVERY TIME  

All orders are processed within 24 hours from the time we receive your order. Please note that all orders received after 2pm AEST on a Friday and over the weekend are processed the following Monday. 

Domestic shipping: 

For express shipping please allow 1 business days for delivery and an extra 1-2 days for locations outside of metropolitan areas. 

For standard delivery please allow 2+ business days for delivery. 

International shipping: 

Please allow 10-14 business days for deliveries.  

 

COVID-19 UPDATE

We ship orders everyday, however, due to the current circumstances, occasional postal service delays may affect deliveries.

Australia Post are experiencing some delays, depending on where you are located and how the pandemic is affecting your area.

Express Post may take five business days or more to be delivered due to restrictions, such as limited flights and social distancing requirements.

In response to COVID-19 restrictions, Australia Post have enabled contactless delivery, meaning no parcel will require a signature on delivery. If you are available to receive delivery, the driver will record your name and confirm delivery, if you are not at home, a card will be left with instructions on where you can pick up your parcel.

REFUND POLICY

We hope that you love your purchase from UNIK SPACE, however, if for some reason you need to make a return for a size exchange, refund or store credit, a simple process has been created to ensure that you are kindly assisted by our team

  • UNIK SPACE will gladly refund/exchange any unworn items within 7 days of it being received
  • We cannot refund or exchange items that have been worn/used, missing its tags or smells of perfume
  • All pre orders are made to order and therefor non refundable, however we will happily offer an exchange or store credit valid for 6 months
  • We cannot refund or exchange any beauty items
  • Items should be returned in new condition with the tags attached and in original undamaged packaging. Please include any additional accessories that came with the item such as dust bags or jewellery/shoe boxes
  • Soles of shoes must not show any signs of wear. We recommend trying shoes on a carpeted area to ensure soles remain unmarked
  • If the item is faulty, we will arrange a replacement or credit note
  • We reserve the right to assess the condition and age of the returned items
  • Due to hygiene reasons, earrings can not be returned, unless faulty or damaged
  • Sale items are not eligible for return 
  • For all faulty or damaged items, UNIK SPACE offers repairs, replacement or full refund (including shipping costs). Please send imagery of the issue, your order number and contact details to returns@unikspace.com.au. We will then let you know how we can proceed
  • Items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear or incorrect use/abuse, are not considered to be faulty or damaged. Please read and follow washing instructions on the care label
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund

 

RETURN PROCEDURE

  1. Request your return authorisation number RA number by emailing returns@unikspace.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order 
  2. Include in the email your original order number, and which item(s) you would like to return / exchange 
  3. Once your return/exchange has been approved we will send you an email with your RA number 
  4. Within 7 days of receiving your RA please return the items via traceable secure postage to return address provided. Please note: UNIK SPACE will not cover the cost of return shipping
  5. Once we have received your return, and if eligible (meets the return policy per category requirements above), your refund or exchange will be processed and we will notify you via email ( please allow up to 10 days for the refund to show in your account )

    Returns outside of this period are at the discretion of UNIK SPACE and we reserve the right to deny unauthorised returns that do not meet or follow our return policy and procedures
