Shipping

We ship worldwide with Australia Post and DHL Express Courier. All orders are sent with tracking and require a signature on delivery. If you're unavailable, a delivery note will guide you to pick up your parcel from a local post office or parcel collection point.

Delivery Times

  • Express shipping (Australia): 1–2 business days (+1–2 extra for remote areas)
  • Standard delivery (Australia): 2–4 business days
  • International deliveries: 10–14 business days
  • DHL International Express: 2–3 business days

Shipping Costs

  • Australia:
    • Free shipping on orders over $300
    • Flat rate: $10 (orders under $300)
    • Express shipping: $15
  • New Zealand:
    • Free shipping on orders over $300
    • Flat rate: $20 (orders under $300)
    • DHL Express: $40 (free for orders over $1,000)
  • United States:
    • Free standard shipping on orders over $300 USD
    • Flat rate: $15 USD (orders under $300 USD)
    • DHL Express: $40 USD (free for orders over $650 USD)
  • International:
    • Free standard shipping on orders over $500 AUD
    • Standard shipping: $30 AUD (orders under $500 AUD)
    • DHL Express: $89 AUD

Duties & Taxes
International shipping does not include customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs office for more details.

Returns Procedure

To start your return, visit our Returns Portal. Follow the step-by-step instructions to process your return or exchange.

Returns Policy

Please note: Refund eligibility does not apply to purchases made with Afterpay, Klarna, pre-orders, or discounted orders.

Full-Priced Items

  • Eligible for a refund, exchange, or credit note within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unworn, in new condition, and have tags attached.

Promotions

  • Items purchased during a promotion can be exchanged or returned for store credit.
  • The only exception is purchases made with our Welcome discount, which are eligible for a refund, provided all other return conditions are met.
  • Items discounted more than 40% off are Final Sale and cannot be returned.

Pre-Orders

  • Pre-order items are non-refundable but are eligible for exchange or store credit.

Payment-Specific Terms

  • Purchases made with Afterpay, Klarna, or gift cards are non-refundable but can be exchanged or returned for store credit.

Faulty Items

  • For repairs, replacements, or refunds, email returns@unikspace.com.au with your order number and photosof the issue.
  • Faults due to wear and tear or incorrect care are not covered.

Important Notes

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Items with signs of wear, missing tags, stains, or scents (e.g., makeup or perfume) will not be accepted.
