SHIPPING

UNIKSPACE ship worldwide and all orders are sent with trackable Australia Post, Sendle and DHL Express Courier. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been sent so you easily can track your parcel online. All orders are shipped with signature on delivery. If you're not at home when your parcel is being delivered, a delivery note will be left in your mailbox and you can pick up your parcel from a local post office or parcel pick up point. 

 

DELIVERY TIMES  

Orders are processed within 24 hours from the time we receive your order. If we receive your order before 3pm Monday-Friday, we will send it that same day. 

Express shipping within Australia: 1-2 business days, with an extra 1-2 days for locations outside of metropolitan areas.

Standard delivery within Australia:  2-4 business days.

International deliveries: 10-14 business days. 

DHL International Express Courier : 2-3 days

DUTIES & TAXES 

Please note International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at the destination country. Any taxes or duties incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. In accordance with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items. For more information on taxes, duties and customs regulations, we recommend contacting your local customs office directly.

RETURNS

We hope that you love your purchase from UNIKSPACE, however, if for some reason you need to make a return for an exchange, refund or store credit, a simple process has been created to ensure that you are kindly assisted by our team.

RETURNS POLICY

UNIKSPACE will refund or exchange any full priced, unworn items within 7 days of your order being received. Sale items and items sold on promotion are non-refundable, except purchases made with our Welcome promotion on full priced items. You are welcome to exchange or a store credit will be issued if you choose to return any sale purchases. 

Items should be returned back to us in new condition with tags attached.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund or credit note, the cost of shipping will be deducted. 

Afterpay orders and gift cards are non refundable, however we will gladly offer return for exchange or store credit on Afterpay and gift card orders. 

We cannot refund or exchange items that have been worn/used, missing its tags, have make up stains or smells of perfume.

Due to hygiene reasons we can't offer returns on skincare. 

All pre-orders are made to order and are therefore non refundable, however we will happily offer an exchange or store credit.

For a faulty or damaged item, UNIKSPACE offers repairs, replacement or full refund (including shipping costs). Please send imagery of the issue, your order number and contact details to returns@unikspace.com.au

Items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear or incorrect use are not considered faulty. Please read and follow the washing instructions on the care label and read our Care Guide for further info.

 

RETURNS PROCEDURE

Contact us at returns@unikspace.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order to request an RA number. Please include in the email your original order number, and which item/items you would like to return or exchange.

Once your return/exchange has been approved we will send you an email with your RA number.

Please return the parcel via trackable and secure postage to return address provided together wth the RA number.

Please note: UNIKSPACE will not cover the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty.

Once we have received your return, and if eligible (meets the return policy per category requirements above), your refund or exchange will be processed and we will notify you via email.

Please note returns outside of the 7 day period are at the discretion of UNIKSPACE and we reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet or follow our returns policy and procedures.
