Refund policy

Full-priced items are eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with all tags and components attached.

Sale items, including those purchased during promotional periods or sitewide sales are seen as final sale and are not eligible for returns.

Orders placed using a welcome code can be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Pre-orders and gift cards, are eligible for store credit only.

Shipping, duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable.

For international markets where duties and taxes are included in the product price taxes and duties will be deducted from the return total. 

Refunds processed via Afterpay or Klarna incur a 6% processing fee.

If Redo Returns is selected at checkout (Australia & United States), return shipping back to UNIKSPACE is covered. Redo does not cover duties, taxes, or non-refundable shipping costs.
