Returns

We hope you love your UNIKSPACE purchase. If something isn’t quite right, returns are accepted under the conditions below.

Returns must be lodged and received within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with all tags and components attached. Returns received outside this window or not meeting these conditions cannot be accepted.

Full-priced items are eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Sale items, pre-orders, and gift cards may be returned for store credit only.
Items marked final sale are not eligible for return. 

Refunds processed via Afterpay or Klarna incur a 6% processing fee.

Shipping, duties, taxes, or customs fees are non-refundable.
For United States orders, duties and taxes are included in the item price and are not refunded if an item is returned. 

If an international delivery is refused or not collected, the order may be considered abandoned by the carrier and may not be returned to us. In these cases, we are unable to issue a refund. If the parcel is returned to us, any refund issued will be less the original shipping costs and any duties or customs fees incurred, where applicable.

For international returns with a declared value over AUD $1,000, Australian customs may assess a re-entry administration or processing fee. Where applicable, this fee will be deducted from the refund.

If Redo Returns is selected at checkout (Australia & USA), return shipping back to UNIKSPACE is covered. Redo does not cover duties, taxes, or non-refundable shipping costs. 

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact hello@unikspace.com.au with your order number and details before returning your item.
