We hope you love your UNIKSPACE purchase! If you need to return an item, here’s how it works:
RETURNS PROCEDURE
To start your return, visit our Returns Portal. Follow the step-by-step instructions to process your return or exchange.
RETURNS POLICY
Please note: Refunds are not available on pre-orders, discounted items, or purchases made with Afterpay, Klarna, or gift cards.
FULL-PRICED ITEMS
• Eligible for a refund, exchange, or credit note within 7 days of receiving your order
• Items must be unworn, in new condition, and have tags attached
PROMOTIONS
• Items purchased during a promotion can be exchanged or returned for store credit
• Welcome discount orders are eligible for refunds, provided all return conditions are met
• Items marked 40% off or more are Final Sale and cannot be returned
PRE-ORDERS
• Pre-order items are not eligible for refunds, but can be exchanged or returned for store credit
PAYMENT-SPECIFIC TERMS
• Orders placed using Afterpay, Klarna, or gift cards are not refundable but may be exchanged or returned for store credit
FAULTY ITEMS
• If your item is faulty, email returns@unikspace.com.au with your order number and photos of the issue
• Faults caused by wear and tear or incorrect care are not covered
IMPORTANT NOTES
• Shipping costs are non-refundable
• Return shipping labels and any applicable duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer
• Items returned with signs of wear, missing tags, stains, or strong scents (e.g., makeup or perfume) will not be accepted
