Returns

Returns must be received by UNIKSPACE within 14 days of delivery. Returns received outside this timeframe will not be accepted.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with all tags and components attached.

Full-priced items are eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

UNIKSPACE reserves the right to decline any returns that do not meet these conditions.

SALE & SPECIAL CONDITIONS

Sale items, including those purchased during promotional periods or sitewide sales, along with pre-orders and gift cards, are eligible for store credit only and are not refundable.

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

Refunds processed via Afterpay or Klarna incur a 6% processing fee.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAX

Shipping, duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable.

For United States orders, duties and taxes are included in the item price and will be deducted from any return.

International orders that are refused or not collected may be considered abandoned and are not eligible for a refund. If returned, refunds will be issued less shipping and any duties or fees incurred.

International returns over AUD $1,000 may incur a customs re-entry fee, which will be deducted from the refund.

REDO RETURNS

If Redo Returns is selected at checkout (Australia & United States), return shipping back to UNIKSPACE is covered.

Redo does not cover duties, taxes, or non-refundable shipping costs.
