We hope that you love your purchase from UNIKSPACE, however, if for some reason you need to make a return for an exchange, refund or store credit, a simple process has been created to ensure that you are kindly assisted by our team.

RETURNS POLICY

UNIKSPACE will refund or exchange any full priced, unworn items within 7 days of your order being received. Items sold on promotion are non-refundable, except purchases made with our Welcome promotion on full price items. You are welcome to exchange or a store credit will be issued if you choose to return any purchases made during a promotion. 

Please note all Archive Sales and Sample Sales are seen as FINAL SALE and are not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit. 

Purchases made with Afterpay, Klarna and gift cards are non refundable, however we will gladly offer return for exchange or store credit on Afterpay, Klarna, and gift card orders. 
 

Items should be returned back to us in new condition with tags attached.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund or credit note, the cost of shipping will be deducted. 

We cannot refund or exchange items that have been worn/used, missing its tags, have make up stains or smells of perfume. 

Due to hygiene reasons we can't offer returns on skincare. 

All pre-orders are made to order and are therefore non refundable, however we will happily offer an exchange or store credit.

For a faulty or damaged item, UNIKSPACE offers repairs, replacement or full refund. Please send imagery of the issue, your order number and contact details to returns@unikspace.com.au

Items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear or incorrect use are not considered faulty. Please read and follow the washing instructions on the care label and read our Care Guide for further info.

 

RETURNS PROCEDURE

Contact us at returns@unikspace.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order to request an RA number. Please include in the email your original order number, and which item/items you would like to return or exchange.

Once your return/exchange has been approved we will send you an email with your RA number.

Please return the parcel via trackable and secure postage to return address provided together wth the RA number.

Please note: UNIKSPACE will not cover the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty.

Once we have received your return, and if eligible (meets the return policy per category requirements above), your refund or exchange will be processed and we will notify you via email.

Please note returns outside of the 7 day period are at the discretion of UNIKSPACE and we reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet or follow our returns policy and procedures.
