Returns

Full-priced items are eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with all tags and components attached.

UNIKSPACE reserves the right to decline any returns that do not meet these conditions.

SALE & SPECIAL CONDITIONS

Sale items, including those purchased during promotional periods or sitewide sales are seen as final sale and are not eligible for returns.

Orders placed using a welcome code can be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Pre-orders and gift cards are eligible for store credit only.

Refunds processed via Afterpay or Klarna incur a 6% processing fee.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAX

Shipping, duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable.

For the following destinations, duties and taxes are included in the item price and will be deducted from any return:

United States, Canada, Singapore, Hong Kong

Europe: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom

Middle East: United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Jordan, Israel

For international orders where duties and taxes are included in the product price, the applicable VAT, duties and any import or customs charges associated with your order will be deducted from your refund. These charges are non-refundable and vary depending on the destination country and order value.

If a shipment is refused due to duties or taxes, return shipping and any additional charges incurred will be deducted from your refund.

International returns over AUD $1,000 may incur a customs re-entry fee, which will be deducted from the refund.

REDO RETURNS

If Redo Returns is selected at checkout (Australia & United States), return shipping back to UNIKSPACE is covered.

Redo does not cover duties, taxes, or non-refundable shipping costs.
