We hope you love your UNIKSPACE purchase! If you need to return an item, here’s how it works:
Returns Procedure
To start your return, visit our Returns Portal. Follow the step-by-step instructions to process your return or exchange.
Returns Policy
- Full-priced items: Eligible for refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, in new condition, with tags attached.
- Promotions:
- Items bought during a promotion can be exchanged or returned for store credit.
- Welcome promotion items (on full-priced products) are refundable.
- Items discounted more than 40% off are Final Sale and cannot be returned.
- Payment-specific terms:
- Purchases made with Afterpay, Klarna, or gift cards are non-refundable but can be exchanged or returned for store credit.
- Pre-orders: Non-refundable but eligible for exchange or store credit.
- Beauty products: Non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Faulty items: For repairs, replacements, or refunds, email us at returns@unikspace.com.au with your order number and photos of the issue. Faults due to wear and tear or incorrect care are not covered.
Important Notes
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Items with signs of wear, missing tags, stains, or scents (e.g., makeup or perfume) will not be accepted.
- Returns after 7 days are at our discretion.
