Shipping
We ship worldwide using Australia Post and DHL Express. All orders include tracking and require a signature on delivery. If you’re not available at the time of delivery, you’ll receive a notification with information on how to collect your parcel from a local post office or collection point.
International orders: Once your parcel has left Australia, we recommend tracking it via your local postal service using the same tracking number provided with your order.
If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us, it is the customer’s responsibility to cover the cost of re-shipping.
Import Tax & Duty
Orders shipped internationally may incur duties and taxes applied by local customs authorities. Customers will be notified directly by DHL or their local postal carrier when payment is required. Any customs duties, foreign taxes, tarrifs, or other fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Parcels not collected from customs may be considered abandoned, in which case no refunds or credit notes will be issued.
Unclaimed parcels returned to us will be refunded less the actual shipping cost incurred (this may differ from the fee originally paid at checkout).
We are not responsible for customs delays, transit delays, or lost parcels.

- $20 USD flat rate for orders under $650 USD
- Free shipping on orders over $650 USD

- Free standard shipping on orders over $500 AUD
- $30 AUD for orders under $500 AUD
- DHL Express: $89 AUD
