Shipping

We ship worldwide using Australia Post and DHL Express. All orders include tracking and a signature is required on delivery.

Orders are dispatched from our studio in Sydney, Australia within 24 hours on business days.

If you’re not available at the time of delivery, your carrier will provide instructions for collection or re-delivery. 

Once your parcel has left Australia, we recommend tracking it via your local postal service using the same tracking number provided with your order.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, CUSTOMS & DUTIES

Duties and taxes are included for the destinations listed below. No additional charges will be applied on delivery. Orders to these regions are shipped via DHL Express.

United States, Canada, Singapore, Hong Kong

Europe:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom

Middle East:
United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Jordan, Israel

Rest of the world:

For all other international destinations, duties and import taxes are not included and may be charged by local authorities on arrival. Where applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

DUTIES, TAXES & RETURNS

For international orders where duties and taxes are included in the product price, the applicable VAT, duties and any import or customs charges associated with your order will be deducted from your refund. These charges are non-refundable and vary depending on the destination country and order value.

If a shipment is refused due to duties or taxes, return shipping and any additional charges incurred will be deducted from your refund.

Transit times & shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination.
