Right of Withdrawal

If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason. This right applies regardless of whether your item is on sale, and overrides the Sale & Special Conditions terms above.

Under Article 14(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. A prepaid label will be provided through our withdrawal portal at a flat rate of $60 AUD, deducted from your refund.

We will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving notification of your withdrawal, or, if later, once we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that the goods have been shipped back to us. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method and will include the full item price, standard outbound shipping, and any duties or taxes included in your original order. No processing fee will be deducted.

This right applies to all items purchased through our store, with certain exceptions including digital products, perishable goods, sealed personal hygiene products, and personalised items, as set forth in Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU.

EU customers requesting a return outside the 14-day withdrawal window remain subject to the general returns terms above.
