While a lot of us are self isolating and staying at home as much as possible, we would love to connect with our beautiful UNIK muses and hear which UNIK pieces you love wearing in and out of the home.
Since we're limited in the way we can do photoshoots at the moment, we would love your support in helping us create some imagery, and we hope to inspire a bit of creativity and fun activity while at home.
Please send us your #UNIKathome picture to firstname.lastname@example.org or simply tag us in a post on instagram. Everyone sending us some love will receive a 15% voucher to use online.
Thank you for being part of our UNIK community and for your continuous support.
Lots of love from us

.Healthy Buckwheat Pancakes
These pancakes are super easy, healthy and tasty! This recipe is vegan, but you can choose to use 2 eggs instead of chia seeds and your choice of milk instead of plant based.
In a mixing bowl soak 2 tablespoons of chia seeds in 6 tablespoons of water and wait a few minutes until the mixture thickens.
Add 2 cups of buckwheat flour and 2-3 cups of plant based milk depending on how thick you like your pancakes. Add a pinch of salt, 2 teaspoons of baking soda and mix together. I like to use the hand blender to mix thoroughly so there’s no lumps. Once the mixture is smooth and the consistency you like it, heat a heavy based or non stick fry pan on a medium heat, add coconut oil for frying and spoon your mixture into the pan. When air holes appear on the top of the pancakes, flip them over until nice and brown et voilà!
Serve with your choice of topping, but my favourite is a generous drizzle of honey, a squeeze of lemon and a sprinkling of cinnamon on top.
This week we're listening ( and dancing ) to this mix by Robin Dey & Marius Ticha
