UNIK feature : An ode to Australia's creatives
AN ODE TO AUSTRALIA is a creative project that celebrates our creatives and showcases Australian independent fashion labels in support of buying local, choosing mindful designs and showcasing Australia’s talent.
In July 2020, four Australian photographers, a mix of local artists and ten beautiful Australian independent fashion labels came together with The Inspired Co to collaborate and inspire. Four fashion shoots, at a time of isolation, with the view to showcase our creatives talent, create beautiful content and cross-collaborate across independent and conscious fashion labels.
An ode to Australia's creatives has also been featured in RUSSH magazine and Fashion Editorials.
We're so thrilled to have been part of this inspiring project and thrive on collaborating with likeminded creatives. The UNIK by us shoot was held in the open fields of Blue Mountains at sunset and shot by talented photographer Steph Pedersen of Entice studio. Gorgeous model Beth Warne is wearing the UNIK by us Victor coat, Charles pant, Paul top, Taylor blouse and Kaspara dress, all paired with handmade jewellery by local designer Elvis et Moi. We absolutely adore these dreamy images captured beautifully during the magic golden hour in our stunning Australian landscape.
