Returns Policy
Please note: Refund eligibility does not apply to purchases made with Afterpay, Klarna, pre-orders, or discounted orders, these orders are eligeble for store credit or exchange only.
Full-priced items: Eligible for refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, in new condition, with tags attached.

Items bought during a promotion can be exchanged or returned for store credit.
Welcome promotion items (on full-priced products) are refundable, provided all other return conditions are met.
