    • We ship worldwide and orders are dispatched within 48 hours Monday - Friday.  

     

    Returns Policy

     

    Please note: Refund eligibility does not apply to purchases made with Afterpay, Klarna, pre-orders, or discounted orders, these orders are eligeble for store credit or exchange only. 

    • Full-priced items: Eligible for refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, in new condition, with tags attached.

    • Promotions:

      • Items bought during a promotion can be exchanged or returned for store credit.

      • Welcome promotion items (on full-priced products) are refundable, provided all other return conditions are met.

      • Items discounted more than 40% off are Final Sale and cannot be returned.

    • Payment-specific terms:

      • Purchases made with Afterpay, Klarna, or gift cards are non-refundable but can be exchanged or returned for store credit.

    • Pre-orders: Non-refundable but eligible for exchange or store credit.
