Kidd Linen Boilersuit Olive

So adore wearing my Kidd Boiler Suit that this is my third one - one to wears, one to wash, and one a spare… although, these gorgeous boiler suits dry in next to no time!

Absolutely my favourite thing to wear all
Summer, Spring and Autumn long. And in winter - I’ll be wearing it with fine knit leggings and a vintage print tshirt underneath, topped with an oversized blazer when it gets cool or a shearling bomber when it starts to get cold, and loafers on my feet.

It’s a true work (I paint), to leisure (I garden), to going out (not often for me, but when I do, this tops my list for ease of wear, comfort and elegance) piece of reassured clothing in my wardrobe. And most definitely it’s the one piece of clothing I’d take with me to a deserted island.

Lovely craftsmanship, perfect olive shade, best wide legged silhouette and the fully admirable waist with the contrasting black cotton tie belt make this an item you’ll return to again and again.

I love the boilersuit in olive. I am 175 cm tall, a size 12, and the hem sits just above the ankles. The size 3 fits perfectly. Washes beautifully- no shrinkage. I would definitely purchase in other colours.

So happy I bought two of these! Great communication with Unikspace, who were super-helpful and swift with my garment query, and who kindly postponed postage of my purchases until after I had returned from being away, to receive them.

Gorgeous coveralls (I have two in a different style from years ago and still wear them) that have already captivated me with their exquisite workmanship and simply gorgeous cut. I’m 165cm, usually wear size 8-10, but went for size 4, which drapes perfectly in summer and allows me to slip fine knit woollen leggings and a thin ribbed sweater underneath for winter. The black tape-tie is an easy and elegant finish to this coverall, and I live for the button up sleeve that can easily be rolled up.

Great length for me, a little longer in the leg which I like, and decent crotch depth / torso length, so there’s no unsightly pull at the front and back.

The extra buttons at the opening that have been sewn much closer together than the usual button distance is genius to allow you to move safely about without any gaps in the front.

So carefully finished and sent packaged to arrive freshly in its minimal tissue wrapping, these two coveralls are already set to be worn non-stop this summer and into the colder months, for years to come
